ECHO listens to your recorded calls, gives each one a mark out of 10, and tells you what to do better next time. That is what it does the day you switch it on. It can also be set up to coach almost anything else, for one person, a small group, or a whole team.
Private. Automatic. Always on.
You record your calls the way you already do. ECHO picks them up on its own.
It listens and gives a mark out of 10, using the same checklist for every call and every person.
You get plain advice: what went well, what to fix, and the one thing to do differently next time.
There are two sides to ECHO, and it is worth knowing both before you decide. One is ready the moment you start. The other is built around whatever you actually need.
This is what ECHO is built to do, and it works from day one. It listens to your recorded customer calls and coaches every one of them.
The same thing that marks a phone call can mark almost any other conversation. Tell us what a good one sounds like and we set the checklist up around that.
Normally someone senior listens to a few calls a month and gives feedback. Everything else goes unheard, so most people never find out what they could be doing better.
The rest are never heard, so nobody learns anything from them.
Everybody gets feedback on their own calls, every time.
Your recording arrives on its own. No uploading, no forms, no admin.
The audio is turned into text automatically, so every word can be looked at.
A score out of 10, using the same checklist as everyone else gets.
Plain advice you can use on your very next call.
Every call gets a mark from 0 to 10. The same checklist is used every single time, for everyone, so the numbers actually mean something and you can compare them month to month.
The 8 is just an example
A made up example, kept short. The real ones are about your own calls and go into more detail.
A seven minute call about a boundary survey. The caller closes on the property in three weeks and needs it done before then.
You read the parcel number back to check it, and you asked what the survey was for before talking about price.
You never said how long the job takes, so they had to ask twice when a crew could get out to them.
They mentioned a fence argument with the neighbor. Nobody offered to set the corner markers while the crew is out there.
Give them a rough date for the crew before they have to ask for one.
It works exactly the same way whatever size you are. Nothing here needs a manager, an IT project, or permission from anyone.
Use it on your own calls to get better on your own terms. Nobody else needs to be involved or told.
A few of you working on the same thing, each seeing your own calls, with one shared idea of what good looks like.
The full picture across everybody, with a league table and a clear view of who needs a hand.
Finally know how your team really sounds on the phone, without sitting through hours of recordings.
See straight away which calls went badly and who needs help, instead of listening at random.
Kind, specific advice on your own calls, and a safe place to practice the awkward ones.
No team, no manager, nothing to set up. Bring your own recordings and get going.
Calls are where nearly everyone starts, because the recordings already exist. Once it is running, the same thing can be pointed at plenty of other conversations.
Sales, service and booking calls, measured against the way your best people handle them.
How you ask questions, handle doubts, and get to a yes.
Whether you were friendly, got it right, and actually sorted the problem out.
Turn what your best people do into a checklist, and bring everyone else up to it faster.
Check that what everyone agreed to say is what actually gets said.
Rehearse out loud with ECHO playing the other person, then see how you did.
Whether you were clear, well organized, and easy to follow.
Work on something just for yourself, without your colleagues seeing the marks.
If you can explain what a good one sounds like, ECHO can mark it and coach it.
This is a list of ideas, not a fixed menu. Adding something new is just a conversation about what you want looked at, so bring whatever matters most to you and we will show you it working.
Your recordings come in on their own, get written out as text, and get marked. Nobody has to do anything.
A clear score out of 10, using an identical checklist every time, so nobody gets an easier ride.
Show it your best calls and your own notes, and its advice ends up sounding like your business.
A short summary, what went well, what to fix, what got missed, and one thing to do next time.
Type or talk to it about your own calls, and get a written report whenever you want one.
One screen showing whether things are improving, what people are good and bad at, and a league table.
ECHO plays the customer out loud so you can rehearse a hard conversation, then marks how you did.
It shows each person what to work on and builds a simple step-by-step plan to get there.
It only ever uses your real calls and your own notes. If it does not know something, it says so instead of guessing.
As a rep you see your own calls and your own marks, and not your colleagues'. Owners, managers and admins can see the whole team, because that is their job. Who sits in which group is up to you.
The same checklist is used on every call, so a 7 means the same thing for everyone, this month and next.
Old history is wiped automatically after a while. It keeps enough to be useful and no more.
Several different AI services sit behind it. If one of them has an outage, another picks the work up and the coaching carries on.
It runs day and night on its own. There is no button to press and nothing to remember.
| The difference | A normal AI chatbot | ECHO |
|---|---|---|
| Where its answers come from | Things it read on the internet | Your actual calls and your own notes |
| How much gets checked | Only what you remember to ask about | Every call, on its own |
| Marking | None, or different every time | Out of 10, the same way every time |
| Does it invent things? | Often | Built not to, and says when it does not know |
| If the AI service goes down | You are stuck | Another one takes over automatically |
| What it actually does | Has a chat with you | Marks, explains, practices with you, and plans |
| Who can see your calls | Depends, often unclear | You see yours, admins see everyone's, set by you |
| Helping you improve | Nothing | Practice sessions and a plan for you |
So is it for calls, or for anything?
Both. It is built as a call coach and that works straight away. If you want it to coach something else, we set the checklist up around whatever that is.
Can I use it by myself?
Yes. You do not need a team, a manager, or anyone's permission. One person can use it on their own calls and get everything described on this page.
Do I have to listen to anything?
No. It collects and marks your recordings by itself. You just read what it found.
Will the advice be generic waffle?
No. It learns from your own calls and notes, so the advice fits how your business actually works, and it gets sharper the longer you use it.
Is the marking fair?
Yes. Every call goes through the same checklist, so scores mean the same thing for everybody, and the advice is specific and encouraging rather than harsh.
Who can see my calls?
You can see your own call logs and your own marks. Owners, managers and admins can see everyone's, so they can coach the team and run the leaderboard. Reps cannot see each other's. You decide who gets which level of access.
Can I practice before doing it for real?
Yes. ECHO will play the customer out loud so you can rehearse the difficult conversations as often as you like. It then marks the practice run the same way it marks a real call, and gives you a plan to work through.
In a short demo we will show you a real call being marked, the advice it gives, and the practice mode. Tell us what you would like looked at, whether that is a team or just you.
